How long does delivery take?
Standard postage is free of charge and can take 2-4 working days - this is provided by Royal Mail. All orders over £50 will be sent Royal Mail Signed and a tracking number will be emailed once your parcel is on its way. You can also request a guaranteed next day delivery service, providing the order is received by 1pm (GMT). The cost of this service is £10 and can be added at checkout. We will use Royal Mail special delivery.
Which countries does Perfume Playground ship to?
Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK.
Can I track my Perfume Playground Delivery?
Yes, when your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey!
Do you offer gift wrap?
Currently, we don't offer a gift-wrapping service, but we are working on it! At the moment our orders come wrapped in tissue and are sealed with a sticker. We will let you know when a full gift-wrapping service becomes available. Currently, we don’t offer a gift-wrapping service
Do Perfume Playground orders have packing notes?
Yes, all orders come with a packing list inside. If you do not want this included, please specify it in the comments section at checkout.
I forgot to add something, can I add it to my order?
Yes, providing your order hasn’t already been dispatched it is possible to amend orders. To do so, either email us at email@example.com or give us a call on 03301 595 932.
Can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?
Yes, providing your order hasn’t already been dispatched it is possible to change delivery addresses, to do so either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 03301 595 932.
What do I do if I’m not in when delivery is attempted?
If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a ‘you missed us’ card through your letter box with further instructions on arranging a re-delivery, or collecting your parcel from your local sorting office.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my fragrance if I don’t like it?
If you’ve changed your mind, the product can be returned back to us within 14 days. For an item to be returned it must be unused and in its original manufacturer's packaging, that includes cellophane and seal stickers being intact and not tampered with. Unfortunately, sample sets are non-refundable unless faulty or have arrived damaged. You can find more information on our returns policy here.
In the very rare circumstance that you receive the wrong item, either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 03301 595 932 and we will ensure that the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
What do I do if an item I receive is damaged?
If you believe the item is faulty please get in touch with us at email@example.com or via telephone on 03301 595 932 and we will arrange the pick of faulty products (returns in this instance are free of charge). Please do not throw away any product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty. Please hold on to the delivery packaging if the item arrives damaged/broken. Failure to do so may affect your refund or replacement.
