Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original manufacturers packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns of non-faulty items will be at your own cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns declaration form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these circumstance it's best to keep hold of all packaging just to be sure.
Please do not throw away any product which has been damaged during delivery or that appears to be faulty, doing so may affect your refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sample Sets are non-refundable unless they are faulty or have arrived damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you have changed your mind, the product can be returned back to us for either a refund or exchange, this will be at your own cost. products being exchanged or returned must be unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original manufacturers packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds for Shopify payments customers will appear in their account within 10 working days. Refunds for PayPal customers may take up to 30 days.
