Perfume Playground Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Perfume Playground. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Please expect potential delays during high-volume periods (like Christmas or sales events) or due to postal and courier service issues outside of our control. We will communicate any significant delays to you directly.

 

Domestic (UK) Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping options to make things easy. Your options will be displayed at checkout:

  • Standard Free Shipping: (Estimated 2-4 working days)
  • Express Shipping: £10 (Next working day on orders placed before 12:00 PM / Noon).

 

In-Store Pickup

We are currently an online-only business and do not offer in-store pickup.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we are only able to ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our delivery network! Once operational, international shipping options and calculated charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Postage Lockers

Due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Postage Lockers. Please provide a standard residential or commercial address at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Whenever possible, this will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Please note: Some smaller orders may be dispatched using standard Royal Mail services, which do not include tracking.If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@perfumeplayground.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@perfumeplayground.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@perfumeplayground.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
