"Les 'White'" Collection is directly inspired by Julien and Madalina’s (Jul et Mad) love for art, culture, music, history, philosophy etc. Bella Donna, meaning pretty woman in Italian, describes the La Belle Ferroniere painting by Leonardi da Vinci which is reported to be a portrait of Ludovico Sforza’s mistress, Lucrezia Crivelli, but could also have been of his wife, Beatrice d’Este. This mysterious and seductive portrait displays an explosion of senses.... the contrast between an apparently rigid, almost severe, cold attitude and the passion, fervor, warmth and extreme tenderness, hidden behind a gaze charged with contained emotions. Bella Donna by Jul et Mad Paris is a floral fragrance dominated by centifolia rose, jasmine, ylang ylang and iris. Its eternal elegance is pushed to the extreme by a base captivating and sensual with saffron, benzoin, labdanum and musk.
