Paul Vacher knew his way around leather; In the early 1960’s he was commissioned by Christian Dior to create the powerful leathery chypre scent, ‘Diorling’. He also co-created Lanvin’s ‘Scandal’, a dark leathery scent. As a tribute to these, Le Galion created Cuir, robustly elegant, between emancipated femininity and demonstrative masculinity. Fine leather with unwavering confidence. An aromatic lemony freshness paves the way for stunning and elegant leather, its woody power tamed by a white floral heart and elemi oil, an often-overlooked resin with its fresh aromatic facets.
