Vetyver was presented as ‘male flowers’, muscular and musk…a fresh and dry fragrance. An almost tangy surge of pepper immediately provides invigorating freshness, and an immediate feel of masculinity. The vetiver reveals itself, powerful and raw, in a criss-cross of roots and vegetation made up of mastic, turmeric – the leaves and roots of which have been upcycled to create the fragrances green, woody side – and violet leaf.
