Tonka bean is the seed found in the fruit of the Dipteryx Odorata tree that is mainly present in the Venezuelan and Brazilian Amazon rainforests. Its smell has facets of almond, vanilla and caramel creating a warm, encompassing scent. Tonka Musk by Alyssa Ashley opens with a bright note of cinnamon that leads to a sensual and mysterious heart made up of black amber and tonka bean before settling on base notes of warm vanilla and soft musk.
