Lively and cheerful notes from red fruits are often used in perfumery to create playful and light-hearted fragrances. A natural raw material cannot be obtained from the fruits due to the lack of oily substances in their structure. A combination of synthetic notes and intense sensual base notes such as patchouli, musk or ambre gris give the fragrance a more lively and radiant structure. Ambre Rouge by Alyssa Ashley has blackberry as its hero ingredient, that combines with ambre gris to evoke sweetness, sensuality and mystery. This fragrance opens with sparks of pepper and citrus followed by a radiance of a red bouquet of flowers and fruits and base notes of black amber and patchouli.
