Only two varieties are used in perfumery; Rose Damascena (from Bulgaria and Turkey) and Rosa Centifolia or Rose de Mai (from France and Morocco). Whilst Centifolia Rose gives a more fresh and clean feeling, the Damascena is spicier. Rose Musk by Alyssa Ashley conveys the elusive beauty of rose and its elegant sensuality.
